CrossFit Rife is centrally located in the Bayside area of Virginia Beach, just minutes away from popular local spots like the Norfolk Airport and First Landing State Park. Whether you are coming from the Town Center or the beach, our facility is easy to find right off Bayside Road. Check the directions below to find the quickest route from these local landmarks.

Driving Directions from Local Landmarks

Norfolk International Airport (ORF)

Head east on Norview Ave toward Azalea Garden Rd. Use the right lane to take the ramp onto I-64 E. Take exit 282 for Northampton Blvd (US-13 N). Follow US-13 N for 3 miles, then turn left onto Bayside Rd. CrossFit Rife will be on your left in Suite #101.

First Landing State Park

Head west on Shore Dr (US-60 W) for about 5 miles. Turn left onto Independence Blvd. Take a slight right onto Bayside Rd. Continue for 1.5 miles. Our gym is located on the right, just past the intersection with Diamond Springs Rd.

Town Center of Virginia Beach

Head north on Constitution Ave toward Virginia Beach Blvd. Turn right onto Virginia Beach Blvd, then a quick left onto Independence Blvd. Follow Independence Blvd north for 4 miles. Turn left onto Bayside Rd. CrossFit Rife is located on the right side of the road.
