Scoring

Total reps accumulated in the 24min for the whole team.

Farmers Carry = metres. 1m = 1 rep

Carry Something = metres. 1m = 1 rep

Flip Something = reps

Bench Press = reps

* If they are in the middle of a 100m during their carries or flips, have them round up to the nearest 50m. So if they are 75m in, they can claim 100m as their score for that round.
